I hope everyone had a lovely Valentine’s Day. I filled mine with hearts at every meal.
The Perfect Valentine’s Day Gift
My husband has been known to not celebrate Valentine’s Day. Not wanting to take any chances this year, I decided to get my own present - for us, of course.
AND, it is so cool! The Sedgwick County Zoo is selling Elephant Kisses by long-time elephant residents Stephanie & Cinda.

I am a big fan of Stephanie and Cinda and elephants in general, and have always wanted an elephant trunk painting.

I couldn’t choose just one, so I am now the proud owner of two Elephant Kiss trunk paintings, one by Stephanie and one by Cinda.

Call or stop by the Zoo to pick up an Elephant Kiss of your own.
These are SO cool!

My aunt Trina got me this Babycakes Cupcake Maker, and I thought I’d try it out on some Valentine-themed treats.
It’s super easy and the babycakes are very cute.
These truffles from Dean & Deluca would make a good Valentine’s Day present for this year.

Homemade Pop Tarts - On A Stick!

I’ve been wanting to make homemade pop tarts. I chose this recipe (photo via also because making a mini version on a stick was too cute to pass up, and the filling was a several ingredient-concoction rather than just jam.

After brushing on neon pink icing & sprinkles I had my 2011 Valentine’s Day-themed treat.

Perfect for sharing with loved ones.
